The invention discloses a fixing end bearing and connecting device for an unmanned aerial vehicle test bed. The fixing end bearing and connecting device comprises a movable grid plate component, a bearing framework and a rotating disk. The movable grid plate component is connected with the bearing framework, and the movable grid plate component and the bearing framework jointly bear the weight of a tested unmanned aerial vehicle. The bearing framework and the rotating disk are connected, and universal wheels are arranged at the lower end of the rotating disk. The movable grid plate component comprises two movable symmetrical grid plates, a lead screw shaft, a grid plate sliding supporting frame, a middle plate and limiting devices. Each movable grid plate comprises two symmetrical slidable limiting devices. The grid plate sliding supporting frame is arranged on the bearing framework. The limiting devices can slide along an undercarriage groove so as to adapt to undercarriages with different lengths. The lead screw shaft is arranged in the middle of the movable grid plate component, the middle plate is arranged at the middle end of the bearing framework, and the limiting devices are arranged at the end points of the undercarriage groove.
