The invention relates to a safety bracket used for a linear motor railway train and a production method of the safety bracket. The safety bracket used for the linear motor railway train comprises a body provided with a supporting plate and a wear-resisting layer arranged on one plate surface of the supporting plate. The production method of the safety bracket used for the linear motor railway train comprises the following step: hot-pressing a raw material of a polyimide carbon fiber composite material to one plate surface of the supporting plate to form the wear-resisting layer on the plate surface. The body is a supporting structure of the safety bracket, and the wear-resisting layer is arranged on the supporting plate of the body. When sliding friction is generated between the wear-resisting layer and a wheel spindle, a friction force between the wear-resisting layer and the wheel spindle is decreased, and the wear rates of both the wear-resisting layer and the wheel spindle are decreased. Therefore, the safety performance of the linear motor railway train is improved.
