The invention discloses a three-segment type framework-free windshield wiper device which comprises a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece, a pair of first decoration wiper brackets, a pair of second decoration wiper brackets, a pair of middle wiper brackets, a pair of small wiper brackets and a windshield wiper strip. The second connecting piece is configured in the first connecting piece and connected with a windshield wiper device rocker arm. The first ends of the first decoration wiper brackets are connected with the two ends of the first connecting piece respectively. The first end of each second decoration wiper bracket is hinged to the second end of the corresponding first decoration wiper bracket. Each middle wiper bracket is located in containing space of the first decoration wiper bracket and the second decoration wiper bracket corresponding to the middle wiper bracket. The middle of each middle wiper bracket is hinged to the hinge position of the first decoration wiper bracket and second decoration wiper bracket corresponding to the middle wiper bracket. The middle of each small wiper bracket is hinged to the corresponding middle wiper bracket. The windshield wiper strip is arranged on the two middle wiper brackets and the two small wiper brackets. The windshield wiper device is free of a lever, namely, a framework, so that the height of the whole windshield wiper device is reduced; wind resistance and wind noise are lowered, and meanwhile the sight of a driver is expanded.
