The invention discloses a rotating-type derrick shifting and transporting dragging seat which comprises an upper dragging seat body and a lower dragging seat body. The lower dragging seat body is integrally connected with an axle, and an outer rotating sleeve is fixedly mounted in the middle of the upper end face of the lower dragging seat body; an inner rotating sleeve is fixedly mounted in the middle of the lower surface of the upper dragging seat body and is sleeved with the outer rotating sleeve, and a rotating pin is inserted in the center pin hole of each of the inner rotating sleeve and the outer rotating sleeve; guiding rods extending upwards are respectively arranged on two sides of the upper dragging seat body, the middle portion of each guiding rod is fixedly sleeved with one sleeve frame, and each sleeve frame is sleeved with one axle frame; a bilateral adjusting cylinder is mounted between each sleeve frame and each axle frame; vertical telescopic cylinders are mounted between the upper dragging seat body and the sleeve frames. By the arrangement, problems about overall transportation of overweight and overlength derrick type equipment are solved, transportation efficiency is improved, and transportation cost is lowered.
