The invention relates to a ship manhole cover opening device which comprises a flange seat plate (5) and a cover plate (6) mounted on the flange seat plate. The cover plate is connected with the flange seat plate through studs (1) and nuts (2). A rubber gasket (4) is disposed between the cover plate and the flange seat plate. The cover plate is provided with handles (7). Threaded holes (8) are formed in the peripheral edge of the cover plate. A T-shaped ejector pin (9) is disposed in each threaded hole. The lower end of each T-shaped ejector rod is provided with an outer thread matched with the corresponding threaded hole. The ship manhole cover opening device has the advantages that the T-shaped ejector pins are manually rotated to be screwed into the threaded holes of the cover plate, the cover plate is allow to be separated from flange seat plate and air to be located between the two, and inner-outer pressure different of a manhole cover is balanced; by the coordination of the T-shaped ejector pins and the threaded holes, the blank that the cover plate cannot be manually moved when cabin negative pressure is not considered in the prior art is filled, and staff can easily remove the cover plate.
