The invention relates to a guidance control method of a hybrid excitation guidance system and aims at solving non-contact guidance adjustment of a hybrid excitation suspended guidance system. The guidance control method is characterized in that the hybrid excitation guidance system comprises a rotor guidance component formed by a permanent magnet control winding and an electric excitation control winding and a stator square track; and permanent magnet generates an inherent bias magnetic field, the two independent control windings generate an adjusting magnetic field, the permanent magnetic field and the current adjusting magnetic field generate guidance control force by common action with the stator square track. Current is introduced into the two control windings simultaneously to generate X-direction electromagnetic force, simultaneously opposite-direction same-value current is introduced to generate Y-direction electromagnetic force, the sizes and the directions of the currents of the two control windings are combined in a different manner, and X-direction and Y-direction displacement control of the rotor guidance component is realized by a current controller. The guidance control method provided by the invention solves the non-contact guidance adjustment of the hybrid excitation suspended guidance system.
