The tension release control adjusting device of the double-roller frictional winch comprises a roller, a roller support, first adjusting bolts, upper adjusting nuts, elastic assemblies, a lower adjusting nut cushion plate, a cushion block, a lower adjusting nuts, a positioning support and a first roller shaft. Supporting positioning and adjusting functions are fulfilled by the components of the tension release control adjusting device. Under normal working conditions, the tension release control adjusting device of the double-roller frictional winch can provide a pre-tightening force required for the frictional winch, and when the tension of a rope outlet end and the tension of a rope inlet end are changed, the pre-tightening force can be correspondingly set and adjusted as needed, so that the using range of the double-roller frictional winch can be expanded; and in a rope winding process, a middle section of a rope can be wound on the roller in the tension release control adjusting device, if the tension in the steel wire rope is over large, the tension in the steel wire rope can be released effectively by adjusting the pre-tightening force of a spiral spring, so that mutual effects between two cylinders are reduced, the size of a cylinder reinforcing structure is reduced effectively, and the material cost and the design cost of the double-roller frictional winch are saved.
