Abstract

The invention provides a balance shaft assembly comprising two supports connected with a frame. The two supports which are arranged independently are provided with bearing hubs respectively through bushings, and each bearing hub and a half axle are of an integrated structure. Each bearing hub and the corresponding half axle are of the integrated structure, so that structural features are changed, weight of the balance shaft assembly in use is reduced effectively, and use of a connecting plate is also reduced; under the conditions of compact structure, low cost and no increase of weight, bearing capacity of the balance shaft assembly is improved, the number of parts is reduced, the structure is simplified, manufacture difficulty is lowered, reliability of the balance shaft assembly is improved, and manufacture cost is lowered; the two supports are of the two-end independent structure, so that assembly and maintenance are facilitated.
