Provided are an attachment device for an aircraft landing guidance flashlight and an aircraft landing guidance flashlight device, whereby adjustment of the angle of the flashlight is not required when the aircraft landing guidance flashlight is attached to the attachment device for the aircraft landing guidance flashlight. This attachment device for the aircraft landing guidance flashlight includes a pair of attachment arms 11 and a plate 12 for fixing a light-emission unit. The plate 12 for fixing the light-emission unit can detachably fix the aircraft landing guidance flashlight and is characterized by being supported by the pair of attachment arms 11 such that the angle of the aircraft landing guidance flashlight is at a prescribed angle, in a state in which the aircraft landing guidance flashlight is fixed to the plate 12 for fixing the light-emission unit.
