5 A method of dynamically monitoring one or more drivetrains of an industrial vehicle. The method comprises: observing a plurality of operating parameters of an inside traction motor and an outside traction motor of the industrial vehicle while it is being operated; and determining whether a drivetrain failure has occurred using the operating parameters.
