The article considers the legal views and theoretical and methodological attitudes of the Russian lawyer G. K. Gins, which he developed and developed into a solidaristic doctrine of law and the state during his pedagogical and research activities in the Harbin period. The article discusses the main provisions of the legal approach of G. K. Gins, which were presented and argued during the latter's work at the Harbin law Institute. His concept of the convertational interaction of intuitive law and positive law, the mutual influence of "pre-legal" intuitive (popular) attitudes of legal awareness and the current official legal discourse is discussed separately.
