The article examines the issues of determining the value of products of microsystems, both from the standpoint of the integral consumer value, and its internal aspects related to the creation of a methodology for assessing individual components of value. Products microsystems belong to the class of highly reliable products, for which practically existing methods of reliability assessment are not applicable. The article discusses the advantages of creating products of microsystems and proposes an evaluation method that takes into account the factors of structure degradation developed in the process of carrying out lead-free soldered joints of components of radio electronic systems at OJSC Avangard.
