Weighing rail uses shearing force measurement method and wheel scan detection technology. It can realize effective monitoring of overload and unbalanced load. For improving dynamic weighing accuracy and detection speed of weighing rail, based on analyzing of wheel scan detection signal and traditional detection signal processing method's shortage, according to too short measuring section of weighing rail, Hilbert-Huang transform was proposed to deal with wheel scan detection signal data. Experience- based mode decomposition (EMD) algorithm was applied for the signal decomposition with MATLAB program, and weights of wheel were obtained by residue. The results show that for 83460kg loaded vehicle the detection speed of weighing rail is up to11m/s and weighing accuracy reaches ±0.4%. The detection speed is 2∼3 times that of past. Weighing accuracy is above national standards. It meets the needs of high efficiency and precision of dynamic measurement for logistics in current green logistics.
